Return Policy

We love what we do and take pride in everything we create! 

We want you to be love everything that you receive!

If you are not happy with your order, we will take returns/exchanges within 30 days. 

If there is a defect in the item, we will pay for return shipping and send you out a new one!

If the item has no defect, you are welcome to send it back at your own cost to:

We will work together to replace the item with one that you are pleased with! We will send it back to you at our own cost after we receive the original item. Please email help@theartoblivion.com to start this exchange WITHIN 30 DAYS. 

If you do not want a new item, we will refund you the cost of the item (not the shipping) once we receive the item back. It is up to you to get/keep tracking information for shipping, we will not refund/exchange unless we RECEIVE the item.
