With Love From the Universe

As the chaos of those in power in the dominant paradigm of humanity accelerates, it can be easy to become exhausted, to lose focus, and to lose ourselves. This is by design.

We can know what needs to be done, and it can feel impossible to keep up when there are so many factors that steal our attention. It is easy to lose our integrity and our center when so many things are on fire and we are expected to keep up the facade of “normalcy.”

“With Love From the Universe” reminds us that there is an infinite energy source for us to tap into when we can ground ourselves enough to choose to access it. 
Let us be gentle with ourselves. This is not a shame or blame game for the times when we are too overwhelmed and forget. “With Love From the Universe”  serves as a supportive ally to remind us that this loving energy is always there waiting for us, ready when we are.

In this image we see a being accessing universal medicine, saturating their cells with the energy of the all of the universe, focusing it through an intentionally loving portal shaped by their hands - the vector through which we touch the world tangibly in this plane. They have realized that when they get lost in a stream of unconsciousness, they are susceptible to being being blurred by the fast-acting quick-fix dopamine-distractions of capitalism and mainstream seductions. Looking to these quick fixes can feel like a warm blanket to self-soothe with for a moment, but ultimately leaves us with deeper and more permanent problems over time.

If “With Love From the Universe” has made its way into our consciousness today, it is asking us to awaken the parts of us that have become unconscious and to open to all that is with deep presence and focus. It invites us to remember that while it may be harder in the moment to face what must be faced, it is only in truly facing it that it can be transmuted into healing. “With Love From the Universe” beckons us to understand that the universal life force has existed before we even existed, will continue to once we depart and shift form, and that it has moved through waves and phases of humanity more and less tumultuous than this. It is offering us the opportunity to channel its wisdom into creating the world that we dream of, but only if we stay awake, focused, and connected to it and all life. 

Points to consider:

• When we get overwhelmed, what behaviors do we turn to for solace? What people? Once you have identified these, evaluate, do they leave you with deeper understanding, are they distractions from deeper work, do they give your nervous system the reprieve it needs to reset, rebound and awaken?  Be careful and go deep when evaluating, as there is no “right” answer or value judgements, and things are not always as they appear.
• Are there parts of you in slumber for self-preservation? If yes, this is an invitation to create a ritual/safe space to welcome it to awaken. Ask it what it needs to be fully actualized, and while it may take some time, open this relationship and dialogue.
